Basic technical support is free of charge in process of cooperation with customer. Support is implemented to solve different customer requests. Customer would not need to contact directly hardware vendor or software developer. Customer can contact CTI-PRO ltd. helpdesk and they will answer technical request as soon as possible.

On our WWW is regularly updated knowledge base, which contains typical problems solved with customers, sample examples of applications written with different development tools distributed by CTI-PRO ltd., links to an interesting documents and stories from vendor's WWW pages. CTI-PRO ltd. offers also technical discussion forum on customer's problems. Customer would be able to share its experiences on concrete technical situations. CTI-PRO ltd. aim is dynamic marketing of CT tools and solutions. We do not want to address just existing system integrators, but more software developers from alike companies.
